History about Kagetsu Hartenstraat
We opened in the summer of 2004 in the Hartenstraat. It's located behind the Dam square which's called the nine street district. It's well known for the small cozy shops and restaurants. The capacity of the restaurant is about 35 seats, including the sushibar.

What we noticed is that a lot of Japanese restaurants are overpriced. Why should japanese food be expensive?

Our concept is providing high quality food for a reasonable price and good service.
We hope to attract more people to our restaurant to experience our way of life.
